RELOAD 2 REMEMBER v002 update ✨

update 002:

• changed enemy spawn rate
• tweaked/added sounds for increased creep factor
• fixed bug where enemies start spawning during "the intro" 
• added timeout for shots (so you don't waste bullets blasting buttons)
• game over timeout (so you don't restart the game before your score is shown)
• removed unused files
• (hopefully) optimised asset loading a bit
• refactored code a smidge
